The hot-dip galvanization process makes the Zupapa trampoline frame and net pole last for decades. UV absorber uv-9 has been added to the material, pad, mat, and net, extending their usable lifespan.

Hot-dip galvanization is a form of galvanization that makes the rust-resistant time 5 times longer than common galvanization. It is the process of coating iron and steel with zinc, which alloys with the surface of the base metal when immersing the metal in a bath of molten zinc at around 840 °F (449 °C). When exposed to air, the pure zinc (Zn) reacts with oxygen (O2) to form zinc oxide (ZnO), which further reacts with carbon dioxide (CO2) to form zinc carbonate (ZnCO3), a usually dull grey, fairly strong material that protects the steel underneath from further corrosion in many circumstances.

Zupapa trampolines are designed with more steel to ensure sturdy construction. The top rail frame thickness is 1.5mm, with a diameter of 42mm. The product weights range from 105lbs for the 8ft model to 237lbs for the 16ft model.
